Dealsphere, the M&A deal sourcing and intelligence platform
Join the network of the people who know who is selling.
Dealsphere is an M&A deal sourcing platform: it maps the deals in your sector country by country, identifies the professionals who actually worked on them — then puts their contact details and the conversation one click away, in a single digital workspace.
01 · Foreword
Tomorrow, your M&A strategy will no longer depend on chance
Picture your next strategy committee. You are no longer presenting a list of opportunities that arrived at random, but a precise reading of your market: the deals completed this quarter, the acquirers that are consolidating, the sellers getting ready — and, for each one, the professionals who did the deal. You know who to talk to, what to talk about, and why the person you are speaking to holds the information you are looking for.
That future is what Dealsphere makes available today. Our conviction is simple: in a market where the best targets are never publicly for sale, the competitive edge does not belong to whoever receives the most teasers, but to whoever is in conversation with the right professionals — those who know the business owners in your sector and know who is selling, or who will soon sell. That is the whole logic of off-market business acquisition: reaching targets before they are officially on the market.
Since 2017, Collaboration Capital has advised companies on acquisitions, sales and financing. By combining the power of artificial intelligence with human expertise, we build the best relationships for our clients. Dealsphere is the digital extension of that mission: putting in your hands the tool that keeps you focused on the right connections.

02 · The problem
A deal network you put up with rather than choose
Today, your access to M&A opportunities relies on a network you did not choose: the professionals who prospect you. This model, inherited from a time when information did not circulate, places three structural limits on your acquisition strategy.
The teaser that lands at random
Investment bankers send you sale teasers opportunistically, testing your appetite for sectors “close” to yours — without precisely knowing your acquisition criteria. The result: a flow of off-target opportunities that takes time to sort, and the feeling of missing what really matters.
A network limited by your diary
Your M&A address book comes down to the few interactions your working week allows you to maintain. Every missed conversation is a slice of the market that slips away: the network you keep up is sized by your available time, not by your strategic ambition.
A track record, but no mandate
Every adviser who approaches you showcases a deal history and technical expertise — without necessarily holding a sell-side mandate in your sector today. You invest relationship time in people who do not have the information you are looking for.
03 · What is at stake
From the prospectors' circle to the network of the dealmakers who matter
The professionals who have actually completed deals in your sector and target countries — lawyers, auditors, investment bankers, lending banks, investment funds — know the business owners in your market. They know who is selling, who will soon sell, who is looking for a larger partner to back them. They are the people through whom the information you need circulates: the next business sale.
Seeing who is doing M&A deals means seeing what is really happening in your sector: who is buying, who is selling, and therefore where the competition is playing out. Dealsphere turns that visibility into relationships — and those relationships into mandates. This approach extends a conviction we set out in our article on increasing your M&A deal flow: deal flow is not something you wait for, it is something you build.
04 · The solution
Dealsphere at a glance: six integrated capabilities of an M&A deal sourcing platform
Dealsphere is an M&A intelligence platform designed to build, qualify and activate your network of deal professionals. Six integrated capabilities follow the natural path of a business leader: see the market, identify the players, qualify them, start the conversation, structure your network — and receive the opportunities.
See every deal in your sector, country by country: who is buying, who is selling, and how often.
Identify the professionals involved in each deal, across five professions.
Deal history, companies advised, direct contact details.
Message templates, sending via LinkedIn, all exchanges centralised in the platform.
Lists by country and sector, shared with your teams, exported to PDF.
Centralised intake of opportunities and collective assessment.
Deal sourcing — see what is really happening in your market
Dealsphere continuously aggregates the acquisition, sale and financing deals completed in your business sectors and target countries: LBOs, build-ups, venture capital, IPOs. For each deal, you see the parties involved, the date, the country and the context of the transaction.
The dashboard gives you an immediate reading of market dynamics: volumes by period, rankings of the most active acquirers and sellers, geographic trends. You see who is consolidating, who is diversifying, and how fast — in other words, where the competition in your sector is playing out. An essential reading for steering an acquisitive growth strategy.

What it changes
Dealmaker extraction — identify the people who actually do the deals
For each deal identified, Dealsphere extracts the professionals who worked on it and organises them in a directory structured around five professions: lawyers, auditors, investment bankers, lending banks and investment funds. Five complementary perspectives on your market — and five channels through which mandates circulate.
Each contact is therefore qualified by data: these are not professionals who present themselves as experts in your sector, but professionals whose deals prove that they genuinely operate in it, in the countries you are interested in. A valuable lens when choosing the adviser who will lead your M&A deal.

What it changes
Contact profile — linked deals prove the expertise
Each dealmaker's profile is automatically linked to the deals they took part in: dates, buyers, sellers, countries involved. In an instant you see their real playing field, the companies they have advised and how close they are to your market.
Each profile includes the professional's direct email and phone number. No more switchboard gatekeepers, no more months of gradual approach: you reach the right person directly, with a legitimate reason — the deals they have completed in your sector.

What it changes
LinkedIn & messaging — start the conversation without friction
From each profile, start the discussion via LinkedIn without leaving the platform. Dealsphere provides message templates — including the teaser of your own acquisition criteria — which you personalise and send in a few clicks. Replies are centralised in the built-in messaging, which keeps the history of every relationship.
Your strategy thus becomes visible to the right professionals: those who operate in your sector now know precisely what you are looking for. When a mandate matching your criteria comes up, they think of you — before your competitors.

What it changes
Lists & sharing — build, share, export
Filters by country, sector and profession let you generate tailored dealmaker lists: the funds active in your segment in Italy, the lawyers on the latest sales in your industry in France, the banks financing your competitors. Each list can be shared in one click, via a web link, with the members of your company.
A PDF export is available at any time, for your committees, strategy reviews or business trips. This collective dimension echoes a point we develop in our article on the role of teamwork in an M&A deal: team coordination directly determines the success of a transaction.

What it changes
Teasers space — centralise the intake of opportunities
Dealsphere gives you a dedicated URL for receiving opportunities: your colleagues in the field and the professionals in your network upload their teasers there, instead of burying them in email inboxes. Each opportunity is notified to the relevant colleagues, who assess it against a consistent grid: strategic fit, size, geography, value creation, risks.
Collaborative assessment structures the go/no-go, keeps the history of each file and documents the rationale for every decision — robust governance you can defend before your executive committee. To go further on how to analyse a target, read our article How to assess an acquisition opportunity
